2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sursand (Bhittha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 / 34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons committed murder of son of the informant.

4. The body of the deceased was recovered. During investigation, self-inculpatory statement has been given by one Raju Kumar, in which the details of the crime has been given.

5. The petitioner is not named in the confessional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23835 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 statement of the co-accused. He is in jail since 17.10.2024.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024.
