JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-08-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 6766 of 1991 which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of the order dated 4.8.1992. Even though this application for restoration was filed in the year 1992 i.e. on 14.9.1992 but the defects pointed out by the office has not been rectified and the matter has not been heard till date. The original writ petition pertains to regularization of the petitioner and now after such a long time no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending. If the petitioner has any grievance liberty is granted to him to file fresh writ petition. With the aforesaid, the restoration application is dismissed.
