2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 90 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the pick-up van.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and name of petitioner transpired on the basis of permit which was pasted on the glass of pick-up van. Petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that petitioner carries two criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-XI-cumSpecial Judge Excise-I, Bhagalpur, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021.
