ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Warish Nagar P.S. case No.49 of 2010 on the ground that he has been exonerated in the departmental proceeding as stated in the Supplementary Affidavit.

Since the investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively within a period of four months, if he has not done so already, from the date of receipt of this order.
