JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC.

Prosecution story is that altogether Rs.12,46,865/- was due with the petitioner and he has not paid the same. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that Rs. 25,000/- per month is deducted from his salary against the aforesaid amount and he is ready to pay the remaining amount within a period of five months from his salary as well as arrears of the petitioner, which is due.

Heard learned APP also.

In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below on 19.08.2019 and on surrender, he will be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27386 of 2019(4) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 released on provisional bail on his own satisfaction, for a period of five months. During that period, petitioner has to produce the papers to show Rs.25,000/- is deducted from his salary and also to show that the rest of the amount he has paid with the arrears before the learned court below and once the documents produced by the petitioner, the learned court below shall confirm the bail bonds of the petitioner, otherwise, he has to surrender and make prayer for regular bail.
