2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Prakhand (Block) Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Block Teacher, after verification of all her educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has already tendered her resignation from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27006 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 service on 24.03.2025 to the Principal, Utkramit Madhya Vidhyalaya, Gaighat, Muzaffarpur and the Principal has forwarded the said resignation to the Secretary, Block Employment Unit-cum-B.D.O., Gaighat, Muzaffarpur, vide letter no. 14 dated 26.03.2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has already tendered her resignation from the service, which has been sent for approval before concerned B.D.O. and petitioner has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with G.R. No. 4469 of 2024, arising out of Gaighat P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
