2. The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of all the retiral benefits, including the amount of GPF and due pension, besides the benefit of ACP.

3. Learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation, Munger submits that admittedly the petitioner has already been paid gratuity, leave encashment as well as provident fund amount, apart from arrears of difference of salary on account of 6th Pay Revision for one year. It is further submitted that the remaining grievance of the petitioner shall be looked into by the Municipal

4. Considering the submission set forth by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, this Court directs the Municipal Commissioner, Munger Municipal Corporation, Munger to consider the claim of the petitioner and make all the retiral and other admissible benefits to the petitioner, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
