2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 720 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 140(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner and others are accused of kidnapping the victim boy. The victim boy was recovered on the statement of one Pappu Kumar who in his self inculpatory statement has named this petitioner also.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2024.

5. The trial has started and three witnesses out of seven witnesses have already been examined.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the
