JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(b), 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is close relative of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim consumed poison and there is no specific allegation that the petitioners administered the same. He next submits that in course of investigation, it transpired that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Having regard to the facts of the case and material available on record, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties
