This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Nautan P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, vide order dated 20-02-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 519 of 2020 (Annexure -1), the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, is languishing in jail since 03-09-2019, whereas, victim lady had committed suicide in her own house. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24245 of 2020(2) dt.23-09-2020 2/2 opposed the bail application and submitted that there is allegation of dowry and in the F.I.R. itself, it has been alleged that the deceased was tortured and assaulted and thereafter, she was ousted from her matrimonial house on 13-07-2018. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased and his bail application has already been rejected earlier, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed.
