1. Heard the parties.

2. Though, in ordinary course, writ petition is not maintainable in relation to Anganwari Workers claiming relief in this Court as post is a contractual work. Since as per guidelines, appeal is provided against action to the District Magistrate and a second appeal is provided to the Commissioner.

3. Therefore, it is left open for the petitioner to file an appeal against the order of the District Magistrate to the Commissioner.

4. If any such appeal preferred, the same may be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.

5. With the said observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
