Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case filed under Section 420, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is absolutely no evidence that rupees fifty thousand was given to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has lodged first information report on 15.05.2015 against Dilip Yadav, Ram Saroop Yadav and others who have been shown to be the persons before whom rupees fifty thousand was given and, thereafter, on 12.06.2015, the present first information report has been lodged at the instance of Dilip Yadav and others. It is further contended that all other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Haveli Kharagpur P.S. case no.146/2015, the above named petitioner, Ramchandra Tanti shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
