Heard Mr. Rangnath Choubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the Mr. Rajiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant. Case No. 106 of 2015 dated 24.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
