2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 354A, 342, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 67, 67B of the I.T Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have videographed a 13 year old girl in nude and has made her video viral.

5. In view of the serious allegation, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

8. If the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within a year then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
