2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.907 of 2023 under Section 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is alleged to recovery of 2.720 Kg ganja which is subject matter of the present case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the recovered has been made from possession of the petitioner.

5. Counsel further submits that the said recovery is more than small quantity but less than commercial quantity. He further submits that at the instance of his enemies and village politics, his name has been dragged in this case.
6. Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean.
7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
8. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
