The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. There is case and counter case. Petitioners are social worker. Petitioners are alleged to be only the members of the mob. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
