The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354(B)/504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present allegations emanated out of a petty quarrel between the between the children of the two families, the allegations so made arose out of a petty family dispute while the children were playing. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made and particularly because the two petitioners have no criminal history, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32760 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 P2/2 petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Mufassil (Katihar) P.S. Case No. 64/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
