The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 322C of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexure nos. 4 and 6 (money receipt), it appears that the entire price of land of first and second power of attorney was received by the opposite party no. 2 from the petitioner. Moreover, it is out and out a civil dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
