====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahkund P.S. Case No.209 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b) a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and one fired cartridge from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the house from where the alleged recovery is said to be made is the joint family house and the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2018. Further submission is that, on investigation, the police has already submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioner.

No.23364 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sahkund P.S. Case No.209 of 2018.
