The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 05.03.2024 granting four weeks' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Bhairav Asthan P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that the petitioner was a private professional working in Delhi and being the elder son, the petitioner is also looking after
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32228 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 his old parents and hence he could not furnish his bail bond within time.
3. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 05.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 24567 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.
