====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
The present civil review application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 20.04.2011 passed in MJC No.3092 of 2010 by a Bench of this Court (Coram : Navin Sinha, J. as His Lordship then was), whereby the aforesaid application was dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to pursue the matter appropriately before the authorities concerned in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of Karnataka & Ors. Vs. M.L. Kesari & Ors. [(2010) 9 SCC 247]. The prayer for review seems to be completely misconceived. No case for review is made out. The review application is, accordingly, dismissed.
