The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and the charges have been framed in this case. The case is of the year 2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with S.T. No. 578 of 2017 arising out of Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 from the court of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23397 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 (Nalanda).

Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within nine months.
