2. The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated dated 10.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89255 of 2024 by which the Hon'ble Court modified the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64881 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of Rs. 56,47,900/- (Fifty Six Lakhs Forty Seven Thousand and Nine Hundred) the petitioners has deposited Rs. 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lakhs) to the informant namely Rupesh Kumar Niraj through three bank drafts i.e. dated 06.02.2025 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24162 of 2025(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 Rs. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakhs), dated 10.02.2025 of Rs. 12,00,000/- (Twelve Lakhs) and dated 12.02.2025 of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs) and the informant has received the same and has given the receiving to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the rest amount of Rs. 26,47,900/- (Twenty Six Lakhs Forty Seven thousand and Nine Hundred) will be paid within a period of three months i.e. July, 2025 and if the petitioners failed to pay the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the informant is at liberty to move before the appropriate forum for cancellation of his bail bond.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 01.10.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
5. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 10.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 89255 of 2024 is extended by ten days from today.
6. With the aforesaid, modification application stands disposed of.
