====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 164 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to the petitioner. Moreover, no one has sustained injury. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
