This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 765 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(B), 427, 504, 506 & 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that co-accused Chandan Sahni has entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the niece of the informant. When co-accused Chandan Sahni was outraging the modesty of the girl, this petitioner and others entered into the house of the informant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32831 of 2021(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 has committed crime which has result in death of the deceased. Specific allegation has been made against this petitioner that of hitting the brother of the informant on the head. Considering the gravity of offence, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
