2. The petitioner has come before this Court to get the order of the committee [headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice (R) S. N. Jha, complied.] It relates to the University Teachers and in Case No. 41 (B.R.A.B.U.) dated 24.04.2015, the committee accepted the claim of the petitioner to consider his initial date of appointment as 20.01.1977.
3. As usual despite passage of eight years, there is no counter affidavit on behalf of the university.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this
Patna High Court CWJC No.16924 of 2015(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 Court to an order of a coordinate Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 10844 of 2010 disposed of on 18.09.2018 by which in one case, the University was directed to implement the order/judgment passed by the One Man Committee. Let the order be kept on record.
5. Keeping the case pending for want of counter affidavit will serve no purpose. This Court also follows the same route and directs the respondent no. 3 of the Dr. B.R.A. Bihar University to implement the order of the One Man Committee.
6. At this stage, learned counsel for the University submits that he has contacted the respondent authorities and have been informed that the order of the One Man Committee stands complied.
7. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
