2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 28.02.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 66716 of 2021.

3. The trial court report reveals that in this case, charge has been framed on 05.07.2021 against this petitioner and thereafter, the case is fixed for evidence and till date, not a single witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2020

4. Considering the tardy progress of trial and period of custody, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions
