Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to make application seeking review of order, dated 21.08.2015, passed in CWJC No.15026 of 2013, which stands impugned in this appeal.
No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the appellants.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the
Patna High Court LPA No.1945 of 2015 (3) dt.09-03-2016 3/3 appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the appellants to make application seeking review of order, dated 21.08.2015, passed in CWJC No.15026 of 2013, which stands impugned in this appeal, in future, if so advised, and/or to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
