JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR) 07-07-2017 On call, a prayer is being made for granting accommodation, whereas the appeal was filed without application for grant of leave.
Normally, we are not entertaining any appeal against acquittal without petition for grant of leave. However, on 22.06.2017 indulgence was granted for filing the same. Office note suggests that no such petition for grant of leave was filed. Accordingly, in absence of petition for grant of leave, the appeal against acquittal stands dismissed.
