The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1670 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case, vide Annexure A series to the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24728 of 2020(13) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No.1670 of 2018 (T.R. No.3863 of 2019) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
