The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barauni (Chakia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct and specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner, who is the mother-inlaw of the deceased. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case of grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
