JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 323, 341, 324, 325, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that there is allegation on him of assaulting informant's brother Sonu Besra by Tangi, but the doctor has found all injuries sustained by Sonu Besra on elbow and neck, which are simple in nature.

Having considered the submission of the parties, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in PS.Case No. -18 Year- 2015 Thana -CHANDRAMANDI District- JAMUI is rejected with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered on its own merit.

With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed of.
