2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2004 registered for the offence under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of misuse of bail. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-10, Bettiah, West Champaran/concerned Court below in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27278 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2004 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
