JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction upon the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of peon and pay the due salary to the petitioner out of allocation of fund to the affiliated Colleges. The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai, as the institution in question is a government aided, for redressal of his grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
