So far as petitioner No 1 Ramdeo Mahto is concerned, his prayer for anticipatory bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2016 passed in this case.

So far as petitioner No 2 Sita Devi is concerned, she is a lady and as per the allegation, it is stated that on checking the house, there was smell of liquor but no liquor was recovered. Be that as it may, in the event of her arrest or
