2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The main allegation of kidnapping the victim is against Prakash Deepak @ Tinku. Petitioners are the father and sister of the main accused Prakash Deepak @ Tinku.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently

6. Considering the fact that main allegation of kidnapping is against Prakash Deepak @ Tinku, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO cum A.D.J-VI, West Champaran, Bettiah/concerned court below in connection with Bettiah P.S. Case No. 711 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
