The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 for the office registered under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though 11 persons have been named in the First Information Report, there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner and later on, the Head Master is said to have defalcated the scholarship amount. As such, no offence is made out against the present petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that all other persons named in the First Information Report have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35771 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 orders dated 11.08.2016 & 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 26558 of 2016 & Cr. Misc. No. 27740 of 2017, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
