08.09.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Maniyari P. S. Case No. 332 of 2014 dated 29.11.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Uday Chandra Prasad, learned APP for the State has submitted that the case is of the year 2014 and the investigation in this case must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation has not been concluded, the same must be concluded within a period

of three months.

With the aforesaid direction / observation, this petition stands disposed off.
