2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31087 of 2024 .

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The following order was passed on 21.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 31087 of 2024 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 678 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused in a day light loot of Rs. 2,26,000/-. They had also assaulted the informant. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come and materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused in another case of murder and is in jail since 28.11.2023.

4. Considering the allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24220 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the charges have been framed in the Sessions Trial of 2024 but no witness has been examined till date. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2023.

6. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

7. The Superintendent of Police, East Champaran is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial so that the trial is concluded at the earliest.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
