2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 34, 323, 324, 307, 325, 380, 448, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Shri Nagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014 (GR Case No. 840 of 2014).
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. The FIR has been instituted against as many as 34 persons. The thrust of accusation of assault is against the co-accused Uma Shankar Choudhary who has since been granted regular bail. Similarly situated co-accused have been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31586 of 2016 (2) dt.11-08-2016 granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47366 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 125 of 2016.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Shri Nagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014 (GR Case No. 840 of 2014) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
