JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seek regular bail in connection with Khagaria (Ganguar) P.S. Case No. 883 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Kumar. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.012023. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody or after framing of charge, whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Ganguar) P.S. Case No. 883 of 2022.
