The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S.Case No. 256 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, wherein she has stated that she was abducted by the petitioner and three others and thereafter the other three accused persons, namely, Rajesh, Pawan and Santosh ravished her on several occasions, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
