JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2022 At the outset, Mr. Binay Krishna, learned Special P.P. appearing for the State raises an objection with respect to maintainability of the instant application for bail and submits that an appeal for bail should be filed under the relevant provisions of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application seeking liberty to prefer an appeal in accordance with law. The application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In view of the above, the petitioner would not be required to file the certified copy of the order impugned and the certified copy of the FIR in the instant application and the same
