No. 35624 of 2015 to the extent that the name of petitioner no. 17 be read as Rajendra Paswan Son of late Ram Sharup Paswan instead of Rahjendra Paswan Son of Ram Sakal Paswan and for extending the period of surrender. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, District - Darbhanga.

Let the name of petitioner no. 17 be read as Rajendra Paswan Son of late Ram Sharup Paswan instead of Rahjendra Paswan Son of Ram Sakal Paswan.

The order dated 20.08.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
