Petitioner has claimed that he has wrongly been deprived from the appointment on the post of constable against Advertisement Nos. 1 of 2004 and 2 of 2004.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15344 of 2013 (2) dt.19-11-2016 The matter has already been considered in L.P.A. No.831 of 2009. All appointments have already been done and left over vacancy has also been considered in the subsequent advertisement.

As this matter is very old this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
