After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this quashing petition, filed for quashing the order dated 24.05.2016 by which cognizance under Section 406 of the IPC and under Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act was taken, with liberty to file a petition in the court below to send the records to the Mediation Centre as both the parties are ready to compromise the case. The quashing petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If the petitioners file a petition for compromise, the learned court below shall make efforts by sending the records to the Mediation Centre for resolving the dispute in question.
