2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is a female member of the family. There is case and counter case also.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/concerned court below in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 434 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
