The present MJC application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 6344 of 1997, which stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the Court's peremptory order dated 20.06.2013.
After having heard the parties and for the reasons disclosed in the present MJC application, the prayer for restoration is allowed and aforesaid CWJC No. 6344 of 1997 is directed to be restored to its original file, subject to compliance of the aforesaid order dated 20.06.2013, if not already complied with, within a maximum period of one week from today.
