The present petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure with a prayer to transfer a Title Suit No.4/2003 from one court to another court within the same Judgeship i.e.

from the court of Munsif, Biraul,

Patna High Court MJC No.1626 of 2014 (6) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 Beniput(Darbhanga) to the Court of Sub Judge, Darbhanga. The Court is of the opinion that in respect of such case, the petition may not be entertained directly. The petition stands dismissed.
