The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kochas (Parsathua OP) P.S. Case No. 171/2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, Ex-Chairman of Chitaini PACS, is alleged to have not handed over the charge of PACS Godown to the newly appointed Chairman.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Incharge of the godown is Manager of the PACS. The petitioner is not at all concern with it.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.20285 of 2017 (4) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Rohtas, Sasaram, in connection with Kochas (Parsathua OP) P.S. Case No. 171/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
